Welcome to McCarren AI's Privacy Policy. This document outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

Account Details:
When you sign up, we gather your name, email address and company information.
Chat & Document Content. We log everything you share in chats or upload to our Library so the AI can respond accurately and we can improve our service.
Usage Data:
We collect anonymous metrics—features you use, time spent, error logs and performance data—to optimize stability and UX.
2. How We Use Your Data
We harness your data to power and refine our AI: improving response accuracy, contextual understanding and personalized recommendations. We never commingle data between organisations—each customer’s information lives in its own silo, invisible to any other user.
3. Storage & Security
All traffic to our servers is protected by SSL/TLS. Data resides on hardened cloud infrastructure with regular backups. Access controls, continuous monitoring and third-party security audits ensure we spot and shut down any threat. Encryption at rest and in transit keeps your information locked tight.
4. Data Sharing
We partner with:
- OpenAI for core AI processing under strict confidentiality agreements.
- AWS for secure, redundant file storage—leveraging enterprise-grade data-center controls.
We do not sell or disclose your data to any other third parties. Your privacy always comes first.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
When you delete a chat or Library item, we archive it for recovery—then purge on request. To permanently erase deleted resources (including archives), email contact@mccarren.ai.
If you delete your account, we hold your data securely for 30 days (in case you change your mind) and then remove everything permanently once you confirm.
6. Your Rights
You can access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Just reach out to contact@mccarren.ai.
