Doco is your intelligent AI assistant, built directly into MicrosoF Word, designed to transform
the way you work with documents. Whether you're draFing reports, ediJng content,
researching topics, or managing complex projects, Doco is here to make your workflow faster,
smarter, and more efficient. Our mission is to empower you with cuOng-edge AI tools that feel
natural, reliable, and truly helpful.

a moment to review the terms and condiJons below to understand how we work together to
create something great.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Doco application (“App” or “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Registration
• You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account.
• You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone
else and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you
must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Use of the Services
• The Services provide AI-powered tools to assist with document creation, editing, and
related tasks.
• You are responsible for any content you generate or upload using the Services.
• You must not use the Services for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
4. Feedback
• We appreciate your feedback, and you agree that we may use it without restriction or
compensation to you.
5. Reasonable Use / Fair Use
• The Services are intended for personal or professional use within reasonable limits.
• Excessive or abusive use that materially degrades service quality, evades limits, scrapes
the service, or otherwise burdens infrastructure may result in restrictions, suspension,
or termination at our sole discretion.
• Examples include but not limited to automated high-frequency requests, multiple
accounts to circumvent limits, bulk downloading of outputs, or other behaviors
inconsistent with normal interactive use.
• We may monitor and enforce fair use and change usage limits, quotas, pricing, or access
policies at our discretion.
6. Security, Reverse-Engineering, Jailbreaks & Prompt-Injection
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, or access the
Services’ source code, models, APIs, system architecture, or data storage in
unauthorized ways.
• You must not bypass, disable, or defeat security, rate-limiting, or access controls.
• You must not attempt to "jailbreak" or coerce the AI to reveal system prompts, training
data, proprietary algorithms, or private user data.
• You must not carry out prompt-injection attacks or craft inputs designed to override,
mislead, or change system instructions.
• Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination and other legal remedies.
7. Your Content
Input and Output
• You may provide input to the Services (“Input”) and receive output generated by the
Services based on your Input (“Output”). Input and Output are collectively “Content.”
• You are solely responsible for your Content and represent that you have all rights,
licenses, and permissions necessary to provide Input.
Ownership of Content
• You retain all ownership rights in your Input.
• You own the Output generated by the Services.
Our Use of Content• We may use Content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve the Services, comply
with applicable law, enforce our Terms, and keep the Services safe.
8. Accuracy and Use of AI Output
• AI-generated Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
• You should not rely on Output as a sole source of truth, factual information, or as a
substitute for professional advice.
• Evaluate Output for accuracy and appropriateness before using or sharing it.
• Do not use Output about real people for decisions that could materially affect them
(e.g., legal, medical, employment, credit).
• Output may reference third-party products or services; such references do not imply
endorsement.
• Output may be offensive or undesirable and does not reflect Doco’s views.
• Output may not be unique; other users may receive similar Output. Our assignment
does not extend to other users’ Output or third-party content.
9. Usage Policies
Your use of the Services must comply with the following rules:
You may not use the Services to:
• Threaten, intimidate, harass, or defame others
• Promote or facilitate suicide, self-harm, or disordered eating
• Create sexual violence content or non-consensual intimate content
• Promote terrorism, hate-based violence, or other violent acts
• Develop, procure, or use weapons (including conventional weapons or CBRNE)
• Engage in illicit activities, sell illicit goods, or offer illicit services
• Destroy, compromise, or breach another’s system or property, including malicious cyber
activity or IP infringement
• Conduct real-money gambling
• Provide professional advice (legal, medical, etc.) without a licensed professional
• Conduct unsolicited safety testing
• Circumvent safeguards or controls
• Use the Services for national security or intelligence purposes without review and
approval
10. Intellectual Property
• Doco and its affiliates own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services.
• You retain ownership of your Input and Output (see Section 7).
11. Paid Accounts and Billing
• Billing: For paid Services, you must provide complete and accurate payment
information. We will automatically charge your payment method on each renewal until
cancellation. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
• Cancellation: You may cancel paid subscriptions at any time. Payments are non-
refundable except where required by law.
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. Price increases require at least 30 days’
notice before your next renewal.
12. Termination and Suspension
• Termination by You: You may stop using the Services at any time.
• Termination by Doco: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of
these Terms, legal compliance, risk of harm, or inactivity (over 1 year without a paid
account).
• Discontinuation: We may discontinue Services without advance notice.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
• Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• Doco and affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.
• Use of Outputs is at your sole risk; do not rely on them as factual or professional advice.
14. Limitation of Liability
• Doco and affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special
damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.
15. Indemnification
• Businesses or organizations must indemnify and hold Doco, its affiliates, and personnel
harmless against claims, costs, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services
or Content, or violation of these Terms.
16. Severability
• If any part of these Terms is found illegal or unenforceable, the remainder remains in
effect.
17. Assignment
• You may not assign your rights or obligations. Doco may assign its rights or obligations
to affiliates, subsidiaries, or successors.18. Delay in Enforcement
• Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
19. Entire Agreement
• These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Doco regarding the
Services, superseding prior agreements except for Service-specific terms.
20. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, excluding its conflicts of law
principles.
• Except as otherwise provided, claims must be brought exclusively in federal or state
courts located in Manhattan, New York.
